Values Navigator™ Workshop

 

The Values Navigator Workshop empowers your team and department to identify and align around shared values that guide behaviors and drive daily work. Led by one of our skilled facilitators, your workshop includes:

• Interactive exercises to fully engage all team members
• Card sorting activities to identity the group’s core shared values
• Guidance on clarifying and articulating your shared values
• Tips for bringing your shared values to life in your daily work

 

Duration: 3-4 hours (ideally two 90-120 minute sessions)

Ideal for:

• Those who prefer having a trusted culture expert lead and facilitate the values-identification exercises
• Those who want to participate in the values-identification exercises alongside their team members rather than lead the exercises
