Samira Andaleeb Anwar

Samira has more than 20 years of consulting experience working across a variety of industries in internal and client-facing roles. From launching new platforms, building employee engagement programs, advancing culture initiatives, developing strategic communications plans, and serving as a trusted advisor, Samira learned that active listening is critical to success and that the most impactful teams have leaders who genuinely care about the business and the people. She is known for her ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate with diverse teams, and produce impactful results.

Prior to joining the Blue Beyond team in May 2021, she was with Booz Allen Hamilton (for 11 years) as well as Fannie Mae and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Samira has a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
