Nishi Moonka

Nishi is Blue Beyond’s Chief of Staff and Assistant to the CEO, with over 20 years of experience in consulting — including strategic planning, research, grant writing, program development, managing culture, employee engagement, change management, communications, and leadership.

Previously, she was a managing director for over a decade, handling the day-to-day operations of a cross-systems social justice consulting firm. Nishi is known for the way she is able to juggle a lot of balls at once, while staying organized, and always treating others with deep respect.

She holds a Masters in Education from Harvard University.
