Megan White

Megan is a passionate and seasoned consultant with over 10 years of experience leading teams in the design, development, and implementation of training programs.

Prior to joining Blue Beyond, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte where she was responsible for organizing and implementing comprehensive training plans for a wide variety of projects and diverse audience groups. She provided users the necessary knowledge and skills to operate new systems by leading a team of trainers to design, develop, and deliver training materials including interactive web-based learning solutions, facilitator and participant guides, quick reference guides, and classroom exercises.

Prior to Deloitte, she worked as a Training Manager at Xerox State Healthcare and was an elementary and high school teacher. She specializes in creating clarity between technology and customer business processes across multiple industries, effectively guiding clients through organizational change.

Megan is a Certified Scrum Master and is passionate about applying agile principles to her projects and tasks. She embraces the unknown and enjoys working with creative teams to achieve success.

Megan holds a M.A. in Education from Walden University and graduated from Kutztown University with a B.S. in Education.
