Mara Mintz

Mara is a senior consultant and account lead with over 15 years of experience in manager and leadership effectiveness, communications, change management, program management, and strategic planning across a variety of non-profit and corporate sectors — including higher education, technology, and manufacturing.

At Blue Beyond, Mara partners with our university and corporate clients on projects related to culture transformations, hybrid and remote work, employee engagement, internal communications, strategic planning, change management, performance and talent management, and meeting design and facilitation. 

Mara excels at building alignment, driving collaboration across stakeholders, and effectively partnering with and engaging employees at all levels across an organization to create lasting, positive change. She’s built global manager effectiveness and leadership development programs from the ground up — in ways that are practical, scalable, and create lasting impact for individuals and their organizations. 

Mara graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and an M.A. in Communication Management from the University of Southern California.
