Jessica Venker

Jessica is a consultant with deep interest and experience in talent, communications, change management and employee engagement. She is passionate about pursuing creative ways to drive change and maximize outcomes for organizations and people.

Prior to joining Blue Beyond, she held roles in HR, IT, and communications at companies in the manufacturing, consumer goods, utility, and travel industries. Her professional experience includes developing and executing plans for navigating culture and technology changes; creating and managing performance and succession processes; and designing development programs and training. She has also worked on employee and leader communications, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Jessica is known for her ability to see the big picture and connect with diverse audiences. Her background makes her adept at distilling complex concepts in a way that helps anyone understand and feel empowered. As a consultant, she brings an adaptable and collaborative approach to her projects, with a focus on solutions that are relevant, sustainable and people centric.

Jessica has a B.A. in Communication (emphasis in Journalism) from Truman State University in Missouri. She resides in St. Louis with her family.
