Ingela Hartman

Ingela is a consultant and is a seasoned communications and change management professional with more than 17 years of experience working in a wide variety of industries, including public relations, government, commercial, non-profit, academia, and consulting.

Most recently, she worked as a consultant at Deloitte where she developed and led robust communication and change management plans. Her work focused on partnering with clients to strategically and effectively guide employees through complex changes related to technology implementations and post-merger reorganizations.

Ingela is passionate about innovation, measurable results, and audience-centric communications. She uses that passion to deliver exceptional work for her clients, and she is always eager to collaborate and brainstorm new solutions.

Ingela holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Farleigh Dickinson University and an M.F.A. in Writing from Savannah College of Art and Design.
