Gerald Goodridge

Gerald is a consultant, with over seven years of experience as a talent, learning, development, and change professional, with a passion for helping leaders reach their full potential and drive business outcomes through learning. 

Most recently, he served as an Organizational Development Specialist at the Oklahoma City Offices of Paycom, where he was the primary trainer for more than 700 operations and service leaders. He is certified as a Prosci change practitioner, a SHRM HR practitioner, and as a Situational Leadership expert trainer, and is a member of the Association of Talent Development. Gerald began his career as a sports content creator at Griffin Communications (CBS – Oklahoma City).

He is known for his creativity, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

Gerald earned a B.A. in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
