Caitlin Ross

Caitlin is a senior consultant and account lead at Blue Beyond. With over a decade of experience building high-performing teams, fostering productive work cultures, and supporting DEI efforts, Caitlin deeply understands how to craft experiences that create effective organizations, leaders, and people. She has experience supporting higher education, technology, municipalities, and non-profit organizations through internal communications, change management, organizational development, team effectiveness, and program development.

Caitlin understands that success starts with aligning leaders and stakeholders and is an expert at mobilizing teams to unlock potential around a shared vision. Having spent several years working in start-up culture environments and non-profit organizations, Caitlin is energized by projects that demand courage, collaboration, and a “learning while doing approach.”

Caitlin’s work with Juniper Networks and Not For Sale was recognized by WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) with a Signature Accolade Award for exemplary public service. Outside of work, you can find Caitlin on her yoga mat, by the ocean, or ready to plan her next adventure. She holds an M.A. in Arabic and Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and lives in Richmond, California with her husband and two sons.
