Alison Leung

Alison is a consultant passionate about building people-centered solutions to solving business challenges because, in our constantly changing work environment, people and our relationships to one another are constant.

Alison offers a vision-driven approach to designing and delivering high-impact, people-related initiatives. Prior to joining Blue Beyond, she worked at a workforce development nonprofit where she was a part of scaling employee development and training offerings nationally as a founding member of the L&D team.

She holds a B.A. in Studio Arts from Dartmouth College and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
