Founder and CEO of Blue Beyond Consulting Cheryl Fields Tyler was highlighted in a recent article from the Expert Panel at Forbes Business Council on the importance of focusing on talent retention as a long-term investment in an organization’s skilled workforce.
In the article, Fields Tyler comments on the importance of deep listening. “To retain their best employees, managers have to intentionally practice deep listening. Now is the time for managers to “lean in,” lead with empathy and actively invest in building authentic relationships with each member of their team.”
