Cheryl Fields Tyler Included in Forbes Council Article on Key Considerations for Business Expansion

As a member of the Forbes Business Council’s Experts Panel, founder and CEO of Blue Beyond Consulting Cheryl Fields Tyler was highlighted in a recent article about the key considerations leaders should keep in mind before expanding the business.

In the article, Fields Tyler pointed to workplace culture as an important consideration. “Leaders should keep the company’s culture top of mind. As you expand, culture is key as it’s so closely tied to employee engagement and happiness, recruiting and retention and, of course, performance and productivity. Workplace culture is every bit as important as your business strategy. It will determine your organization’s future and whether you will realize your goals for growth.”
